Terms of Use

These terms apply to asksaha.app and to the Saha MCP server at mcp.asksaha.app, together “Saha”. By using Saha, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Saha.

Beta and personal project

Saha is a beta and an MVP. It is a personal project, built by an individual in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to learn how to build a first MCP server. It is not run by a registered company, it holds no business licence, and it is not a commercial service. It is free, may contain errors, and can change or stop at any time without notice.

What Saha is

Saha lets AI assistants search for sports venues in the UAE. Today it is free and covers discovery only: venue details, prices and booking links. We do not take bookings or payments. We may change, pause or stop any part of Saha at any time.

Venue information

We collect venue information from public sources and from the venues themselves. Prices, opening hours, courts and other details can be wrong or out of date. Prices are indicative. Always check with the venue before you rely on anything Saha shows you.

Venues and bookings

Saha is not affiliated with the venues it lists, unless we say so. When you follow a booking link, you book with the venue or its booking provider, under their terms. We are not responsible for their services, prices, cancellations or refunds.

AI assistants

Your assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, writes the answers you read. It can misread or restate our data incorrectly. We are not responsible for what your assistant says, and your use of the assistant is governed by its provider's terms.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use Saha. Use an email address you control, and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape or download the venue database in bulk.
• Go around our usage limits or security, or try to.
• Resell or share your access with others.
• Use Saha for anything unlawful or harmful.

We may limit, suspend or end your access at any time if we believe these terms are broken.

Ownership

The Saha name, brand, website and venue database belong to us. Venue names, logos and photos belong to their owners.

No warranty

Saha is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of money, time or bookings, arising from your use of Saha. Our total liability to you is limited to AED 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

For venues

These extra terms apply when you register a venue on Saha.

• You confirm you are authorized to represent the venue.
• The information you submit is accurate, and you will tell us when it changes.
• You allow Saha, free of charge, to store, show and share that information, including any photo you link, through our website, our MCP server and the AI assistants that use it. This permission is not exclusive and ends when your listing is removed.
• We review every submission. We may edit, decline or remove any listing.
• Listing is free today. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you first. We will never charge you without your agreement.
• You can ask us to remove your listing at any time. We usually do it within 7 days.
• Contact details you give us are used to manage the listing. They are never shown publicly. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. We change the date above when we do. If a change matters, we email everyone who signed up before it takes effect. Using Saha after that means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
